Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using https://www.suitedandbooteddubai.com (the "Site") or placing an order with Suited and Booted Dubai ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

1. GOVERNING LAW

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

The courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques or bank drafts for online orders unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

3. PRICING AND CURRENCY

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

All prices displayed on the Site are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. Where your card is denominated in a currency other than AED, your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees, over which we have no control.

4. SANCTIONS AND RESTRICTED TERRITORIES

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

By placing an order you confirm that you are not resident in, or ordering from, a country subject to sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union or the United Arab Emirates, and that you are not a person or entity named on any applicable sanctions list. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that breaches this clause.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTION

Customers using the website who are minors or under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Where a person under the age of 18 wishes to purchase from us, the transaction must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

6. TRANSACTION RECORDS

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and https://www.suitedandbooteddubai.com policies and rules.

We will issue an electronic receipt for every successful transaction. You are advised to keep this receipt, together with a copy of these Terms and Conditions, for your own records.

7. YOUR ACCOUNT

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

We do not currently operate a customer account or login portal. Orders are placed directly at checkout without registration. You remain responsible for the accuracy and security of the information you supply to us, and for the safekeeping of the payment card and any payment credentials used to complete a transaction. Please notify us immediately if you believe your card or order details have been used without your authorisation.

8. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-MEASURE ITEMS

We take all reasonable care to display our products, fabrics and colours accurately. Screen settings may cause slight variation between the image shown and the item supplied, and natural variation may occur between fabric batches.

Made-to-measure and bespoke garments are produced to the measurements and specifications you provide or that are taken at your fitting. You are responsible for the accuracy of any measurements you supply. Alterations to made-to-measure garments are handled in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy below.

9. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we issue our confirmation notice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where the item is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. Where an order is declined after payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original card.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, designs and photography, is owned by or licensed to Suited and Booted Dubai and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

11. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. AMENDMENTS

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the Site at the time of your transaction is the version that applies to that transaction.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Suited and Booted Dubai delivers products to all countries and mainly within the UAE.
2. Shipping will be fulfilled by a third-party courier.
3. Delivery within UAE cities shall be within 1–2 working days and from 4–10 working days to other countries.
4. All UAE delivery fees will be charged at a flat rate of AED 100. Delivery outside the UAE will be subject to fees based on the destination country and location.
5. To avoid any delivery delay, please provide your full address along with your contact details.

Additional notes:

• Delivery timelines begin from the date the order is confirmed and, in the case of made-to-measure garments, from the date production is completed.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are payable by the customer and are not included in the price or delivery fee.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, incorrect or incomplete address details, or events outside our reasonable control.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

The confirmation notice will be sent to the Client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

The confirmation notice will set out the order reference, the items purchased, the total amount charged and the currency of the transaction. If you do not receive a confirmation notice within 24 hours, please contact us using the details below.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation before dispatch.
   Orders for stock (ready-to-wear) items may be cancelled free of charge at any time before the item is dispatched. Orders for made-to-measure or bespoke garments may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of the confirmation notice; after production has commenced these orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns.
   Unworn, unaltered ready-to-wear items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase and the transaction receipt must be provided.
3. Non-returnable items.
   Made-to-measure, bespoke and personalised garments, altered items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange except where the item is faulty or does not match the agreed specification. In such cases we will remake or repair the garment at our cost.
4. Faulty goods.
   If an item is faulty on arrival, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange collection and provide a repair, replacement or full refund.
5. Refund method.
   All refunds will be made to the original debit or credit card used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different card or account.
6. Refund currency and amount.
   Refunds will be processed in AED, being the currency in which the transaction was originally charged. Where your card is denominated in another currency, the amount you receive may differ from the amount originally debited due to exchange rate movement applied by your card issuer. We are not responsible for such differences.
7. Refund timing.
   Approved refunds will be processed by us within 7 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Once processed, it may take a further 7 to 14 working days for the funds to appear on your card statement, depending on your issuing bank.
8. Return shipping.
   Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Original delivery fees are non-refundable except where the item is faulty or was sent in error.
9. How to request a return.
   Contact us using the details below quoting your order reference before returning any item. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

    Please mark the parcel with your order reference. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who we are.
   Suited and Booted Dubai, operating from the United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data collected through https://www.suitedandbooteddubai.com.
2. Information we collect.
   We collect the information you provide when you place an order or contact us. This includes your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, garment measurements, and order history. We also collect limited technical information such as IP address, device type and browsing activity on the Site.
3. Card data.
   We do not collect, process or store your full card details on our systems. All card payments are processed through a PCI DSS compliant payment service provider. Card information is transmitted directly to the payment provider over an encrypted connection.
4. How we use your information.
   We use your information to process and deliver your order, to produce garments to your specification, to issue receipts and confirmation notices, to provide customer service, to prevent fraud, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. With your consent, we may also send you marketing communications about our products and services.
5. Sharing.
   We share your information only with parties necessary to fulfil your order, including our third-party courier, our payment service provider, and our tailoring partners. We may also disclose information where required by the laws of the United Arab Emirates or by a competent authority. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers.
   Where your information is transferred outside the United Arab Emirates, for example to deliver an international order, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.
7. Retention.
   We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above and to comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
8. Security.
   We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. The Site uses encryption to protect information in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and you provide information at your own risk.
9. Cookies.
   The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember your basket and understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect the functionality of the Site.
10. Your rights.
    You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, request deletion where we are not required to retain it, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
11. Children.
    The Site is not intended for persons under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
12. Changes.
    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on the Site.
